Man, you should do more Bytesize ones. I love the guy hit by the lightning. Very funny man, hope i see more of your flash on NG in the future, even if it's not this series. Anything you do is pretty much hilarious, lol.

I took 3 Waffles to my desk and watched/listened to this while I ate them. I managed to eat all the waffles in 6 cycles of the song. So yes, I do have a waffle!
As always, brilliant and majestic animation and song. My favorite is still Late Night Shopping, but every one you make is simply delightful. I still remember watching a few things on NG before a full night of studying for an exam, and the last animation I saw was your "Annoying song", and I had that in my head the entire night and next day during exams, heh. You're a master at short, very catchy songs. So where are all the commercials on TV with songs made by you? There should be, heh. Anyway the internet wouldn't be the same without you and your animations, Weebl.

"What all Collabs should aspire to be."
Here's a Medal guide without all the other confusing stuff. Took me over an hour to figure out the last two, so feel free to copy paste this if you had trouble too and had to use it so others can see it.
-Domestic Violence 25 Pts. X-Marks the Spot -- You get this one simply by viewing the final secret flash clip. The other secret clips are viewed by clicking in a certain spot during one of the main ones, but this one is different. To view it, you have to have seen all the other secret clips first. After you have, which are listed below, to see the final one by James R you have to be at the scene select list and mouse over the square directly to the left of Tygerman's box, at the top left. HOWEVER, I found that it doesn't show up if you already have someone's highlighted or moused-over. So to fix this, I hit TAB until one after the final one listed, El-Cid's, so then none of them are listed. Then I moused over the blank spot and the video showed up. Remember you have to see the others first, too.
-Tiger Nipples 25 Pts. -- On Gel's video, you have to click Sagat's nipples about 5 or 6 times. You get two chances to click on them, and you only get a tiny amount of time, so you might want to keep restarting if you missed them.
-Tiger Uppercut 25 Pts -- On Tom Fulp's video, you have to actually use your arrow keys and perform the Tiger uppercut sequence after Ryu starts talking to them. It's easiest to just cram the arrow keys quickly if you don't know it. I had to.
-Turtles 25 Pts -- In JohnnyUtah's video (he's awesome!) when they talk about Oro (old man McScrotumface lol) there's a turtle floating on bottles. Click it! Done.
-Yodelay-Dee-Hoo! 25 Pts -- "Click a dick x5" is a pretty good hint. It's in Stamper's video. First thing you have to do is take your hand out of your pants. Yeah, I saw that =3. Anyway, when the camera pans up on Vega and Bison, you have to click on Vega's dick 5 or 6 times to get this one.
-Ono Boners 50 Pts. -- On Chakra-X's video, all you have to do is click on both Sakura's tits and ass 5 times total from two different scenes. And you only get to click each once each time, so you have to hit it each time.
-Bloodshot 100 Pts. -- Oh Cmon. Just sit back and enjoy! But don't worry, you can click on the secret video's and still get t his in the end as long as you don't press Next or Back.
-Egg Hunter 100 Pts -- Watch all the following secret video's, including the Domestic Violence one.
Now here's a list of each secret video.
-On Pigpen's video, click Blanka when he's shocking Ryu.
-On MexicanMuffinMan's video, click the menu behind Chun-Li in the background to see it.
-On BiffTheTimid's, after the other fighter dies and the announcer says "Murder", click on the skull box where the round timer used to be.
-On Egorapter's second video in the fast food place, click on the guy's mustache.
-Remember, to see the final secret vid. you have to go back to the scene select after you've seen the others and Tab until no other vids are selected, then mouse over directly to the left of Tygerman's video and you'll see a new one pop up. Look at the top of this to see more detail about it.
And that's it! As for the rest of the review, everything about this collab is superb. You guys selected very funny skits and it was put together very well. I hope to see many more NG official collabs since it's obvious there's a lot of good talent to be tapped in the NG community. I love what you guys did with the medal's, too. The one I just couldn't get no matter how many times I saw it or tried was Nalem's, though. I don't get why he changed voice each time it hit him. Was it an inside NG joke or some street fighter thing? And man, The-Swain, yours was by far the funniest. Oh my god, every time I think about Akuma on the ceiling turning his head and hissing, I bust out laughing lol. Masterful voice-acting, too. And Pigpen, your animation style when they're drawn simple with the white outlines is by far the best one of yours, and I loved the voice-acting, but cut the laugh at the end.

What happens in so many collabs is all they do is animate a scene then do what I call "and then he fell down" as it's "punchline". It's the worst of the worst and quite cringeworthy to see four whole scenes in this one where that happened.
Usually "then he fell down" is just a term that encompasses many things that collabs do when the author has nothing good to add and makes something blow up or the character start dancing instead of writing a joke, but four of these scenes actually just had the character fall down and then end it. If anyone isn't sure what I mean, watch the 4th by Dimb where the guy just falls down, the 8th by 7isunlucky where the guy just falls down, the 9th by ErnestoGod does it again, and the 10th by Dimb does it yet again. Cmon, can't you guys think of a joke to finish it, or at least make a cool or funny conclusion to the violence instead of the character falling down at the end. That's what I usually find about non-NG staff collabs. They just tend to be mini flags to just get the authors names out there instead of an attempt to make something good.
But that's all about those 4 or 5 animations. The rest of them were pretty decent for non-staffer's collab with some pretty good animated violence in Krinkle's theme. Some of them were very remoniscent of the early Madness, which shows potential for others to be as good as Krinkles when it comes to animating action. ErnestoGod's, yours were really, really slow for some reason though, which is something I think you should work on. And for flash in general what I usually say is good writing makes the quality of the drawing matter much less, as you could see in the Unforgotten Realms series, as that guy's ability to write jokes, not his animation, got him a permanent series on a high quality website. Then again, Madness has always been the exact opposite, an example of supreme animation quality over writing, but still even in mini-skits adding resolution makes it much better to watch. The NG Staffer collabs are a great example to go by.

I really did like the graphics of the game, the sound, and how it's played. It really did feel like you succeeded in making the game accessable in that anyone can pick up and play it, and it's not exclusive to a specific demographic.
However, there's just a few things that I can't figure out in the game, which seemed different than what you were trying to achieve. No matter what I do, I cannot figure out how to get on the various things you put in the middle of the sky or in a platform that is absolutely impossible to reach no matter where you're coming from. Are those things really impossible? Like the thing in the sky with the sign that said "Spire Bridge". Nothing is explained in the game on how to reach the things way our of reach. I thought perhaps there's something done with the Fairy Flies to collect and do "something" with, but I have no clue as to what. And there's that one part with the tiny platform with the switch on it that I thought "maybe this changes something that lets me get up there", but that tiny platform with the switch is also in a spot that is impossible to reach with no possible "holes in the walls" around where perhaps you can fall through to land on it.
The game first came across very simple with clever little secrets, but quickly turned very frustrating with frequent things the player cannot achieve no matter how many times they try. I really wish there was some kind of unreachable platform in the beginning with a sign that tells you a clue on how exactly the player reaches all the inevitable dozens of totally out of reach things so we don't feel so clueless and frustrated later. I still haven't reached the end yet just because I keep going back and trying to get all those damn things >_<.
Author's Response:
You need the wings to reach those platforms. :3

Well it was excellent, but there were two things that I was just a little bit disappointed about. The music wasn't nearly as intense and enveloping as it usually is, and the end was sudden and without climax. I'll touch on the music first.
In Madness 6 the change between the original score and the super-intense piece when the Clown came into action really sealed it as the pinnacle music in all your animations. Whenever I watch that one again, I tend to leave the window open after it's finished to keep listening to that amazing music. When the music is changing according to what's occurring in the story, it really binds it together like an adhesive and makes it easier for the viewer to get "sucked into" what's happening.
I don't have much to say about the anti-climactic ending except that it's hard for there not to be one when your story is "to be continued", so I'm understanding about that.
I really love how you added two mystery protagonists into this one, and I love it even more how you handled using them in the animation. The best way to get an audience to love a character in a setting where no real information or background is given for the character is to take the character out and show others who can't do much correctly and seem to have a hard time. Give some frame of reference between your main protagonist and other lesser ones. Then reintroduce the protagonist in a blaze of glory, making what seemed to be difficult or impossible obstacles for the other characters seem easy. When you have every animation with the same character and he seems to be able to kill everything without breaking a sweat, then it distances that protagonist and makes his achievements seem worthless.
I was really expecting that scenario to take place, but it was much less intense than I thought it would be. It would have been very exciting in the story if the two unknown and outgunned newcomers to fight the giant possessed enemy for quite some time, unable to ever take it down. Then have Hank come out at the very end of the animation and do something really amazing to absolutely destroy the large enemy. That would have made for an exciting and much higher climax to leave off on a to be continued, and would make the audience really want to see the next animation to see how Hank handles what Jesus and the two newbies could not. It also would have been cool to do more with the new "alien arm". Perhaps it could've stretched out and gone inside an orifice of the large enemy, then have a bunch of pieces splinter out of the enemies body, tearing him up in the process. The way it was used, it felt like it was actually less effective than one of your melee weapons. You're very good at making the movements of guns and melee weapons to appear as if they have significant weight and power behind them, which is one of the biggest reasons why you are the best weapon animator on this entire site.
Well pretty much everything mentioned above has to do with the tiny details of perfecting an already excellent animation series, so I'd like it if you read my comment but not feel as if I'm complaining. I love the Madness series and I really dig your style of animation, and this was just as excellent as all your others. Your skill continues to expand and ascend, and I can't wait to see what's in store next for the famous Madness series. Cheers, and good luck on the long process of animating the next one.

Wow, a new HotDiggedyDemon animation AND a new Krinkles Madness? It's my lucky day.
Like pretty much every animation you make, this is an excellent flash throughout. The animation itself was perfect, the sound was almost flawless with no effects that made me think "that sounds out of place compared to the others", the very little voice acting was great, and you kept me glued to every second through the entire thing while still making me think about the story that was taking place and the context of the characters involved.
The way your animations continue to get better and the frequency in which you can release them at times really makes me think you could make an amazing television animated series. You can animate, obviously, with a unique style, you can voice act quite well, and you can write excellent dialogue and story. You've got all the ability to be able to make an animated series, so I hope one day, if you're goal is to actually do so, your ability gets recognized and you get the break you need to get your foot in that door.
I hope to see many more great flash in the future. Cheers, mate.

At first I thought "oh no, not another my friends and I flash", but this was very good. The humor was just how I like, the animation was very well done, and you hit right on about that stupid movie. I'm going to watch more animations done by you, now. I hope the others are as good as this one.
Author's Response:
They might be. Just be sure to steer clear of the older work I've done, it gets worse the further back you go. Practice makes perfect, all that jazz. Thanks for watching!

The animation simply is poor and gives absolutely nothing to the audience. You're going to try to use the legion of mindless 10's below me to convince me that I'm somehow insane, but the one and only reason they are there is that you have breasts. It seemed like the entire thing was just a shameless self-important attention grabbing attempt to getting googly-eyed by the sexually frustrated 13 year old mob-squad that is the NG review crew rather than express yourself through animation. Unfortunately the reviewers need nothing more than the notion that there is a female in their presence and a click on "Submit" before they dish out their watered-down 10's, so this selfish me-time is only going to continue. To be short, I don't think this particular animation belongs on the front page so much as it belongs anywhere other than the obituaries of the portal, and I indeed wish your following attempts at animation have less to do with self gratification and importance and more about art and revealing yourself.

I don't understand how you can make a game like this in Flash when your mouse cursor is able to go off the edge of the window. It breaks the entire game mechanic, and makes the game so frustrating and annoying to play that it's simply not worth it. I really tried, but it became much. The game idea is ok, and the graphics were done fine. If only the game could be played in fullscreen instead of a window, it would get a much higher score. So nice game, but unfortunate situation...
